01 Who we are
ForcePlay develops competitive gym equipment in the Netherlands. We are responsible for processing the data you share with us through this website.
02 What data
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus anything you add optionally, such as your organisation, phone number, and the date and venue of your event.
03 What for
We only use your data to reply to your message, send you a proposal or schedule a demo. We never send you a newsletter unless you ask for one.
04 How long
We don’t keep your data longer than necessary. If your message doesn’t lead to working together, we delete your data no later than twelve months after our last contact.
05 Sharing with others
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run this website and email, and only for that purpose.
06 Cookies
We keep your language choice and your best score in the Grip demo in your own browser only. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, _ga, up to 2 years) and marketing cookies (Meta, _fbp, 90 days) are only set with your consent. As long as those aren’t configured, you won’t see a cookie notice either. Change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
07 Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just send us an email. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
